CLOSED ISSUE: Sometimes doesn´t close the file that is open.

Hard to reproduce, but the file keeps locked and you must Kill Explorer.exe to unlock the file.

CLOSED ISSUE: Does not notify if the file is in use. It opens and closes directly.

If the file is in use, (cannot be open) it just displays the window and close.

It is sometimes waiting, and then the next time that you try won´t work. It appears that CeRapiUnint isn´t being called.
